How do I sign into my account when I forgot my user name and password?

You'll need to reset your password to sign into your account.

  1. Click on the Sign In link at the top of the page
  2. Select the "Forgotten your Password?" link under the password box.
  3. Enter your email address and press "Reset my password" button.
  4. An email will be sent to the email address you entered
  5. Open the email and click on the "reset password" link
  6. You will be taken to a web page where you can enter your new password and confirm it
  7. Click the "Reset my password" button
  8. You will be notified that your password has been changed
  9. Click the "Sign In" link to sign in

Yes, Topsy’s maintains PCI compliance to incorporate today’s highest standards during every payment transaction. You can shop in confidence knowing we have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. 

Can I create an order using last years order details?

 Yes, you will have to sign in to view your account details.

  1. Click on the Sign In link at the top of the page
  2. Click on the link that has your name and than Account, for example "Ralph's Account"
  3. Click on Order History
  4. Your orders made with the email address you signed in as will be displayed. You will see Order Number, Order Date, Items in order, order total and item status. 
  5. Click on the order number you would like to copy
  6. A copy of that order will be displayed
  7. Click on the "Copy this Order into your Cart" button
  8. Your order will be copied into the cart.
  9. From the cart you can delete line items, change the tin and ship to address.
  10. If you want to add a new item to your cart, click on the Topsy's logo at the top of the page, then select a tin size. The wizard will walk you through the selection process. 
  11. Once you have completed the order you can continue through to "Checkout"

Do I need to sign in to place an order?

You need only key in your basic information, the same information you would be asked to check out with your payment information. We do NOT sell our customer information, and only send promotional emails during a select few holidays a year.
