Refund & Replacement Policy

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Department (800-722-1930) and return your product within 30 days of purchase.  Once your returned product is received in our warehouse, the refund for the product will be processed. Refunds may only be made to the person who originally purchased the product.

If you received incorrect popcorn flavor(s), design, size, or your canister is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to replace your popcorn with the correct flavor(s). Send a picture of your dented can, incorrect can design or incorrect flavors to INFO@TOPSYSPOPCORN.COM

UPS Ground Service

Orders shipped via UPS Ground Service will normally leave our facility in 1-2 business days. During the holiday season (November-December), there may be a longer delay,. Once the order is shipped, transit time is 1-5 business days, depending on the delivery address. 

UPS Ground Expedited Service

Orders shipped via UPS Ground Expedited Service will leave our facility the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 pm CST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be not shipped until the next business day. Once the order is shipped, transit time is 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery address. 

UPS 2nd Day Air

Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air will leave our facility the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 pm CST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be not shipped until the next business day. Once the order is shipped, transit time is 2 business days. 

US Postal Service

Orders shipped via the US Postal Service will normally leave our facility in 1-3 business days. During the holiday season (November-December), there may be a longer delay. Once the order is shipped, transit time is 1-5 business days, depending on the delivery address. 
 

Canister Substitution

In the event the canister design you selected is unavailable, Topsy's reserves the right to substitute a canister design to avoid delaying delivery of your order.
